6. In order to be eligible for the 10% cashback, the customer should not claim a bonus with the first deposit nor before requesting the cashback.

7. In order to claim the cashback, the customer needs to request it from the support team via Live Chat or via e-mail: support@casinoinfinity.com. It should be requested no later than 48 hours after the first deposit was made.
